Engineering Manager/ Engineering Assistant Manager
Job Duties：
Responsible for central air-conditioning, plumbing, water and electrical engineering management, independent planning and supervision of project progress and attendance of construction site meetings.
Job Requirements：
- Academic Qualification of Secondary Six or above, 5 years of engineering management experience
- Obtained Electrical A-License
- Comprehensive knowledge of Autocad and have engineering experience will be given priority
- Individuals who cannot attain the academic or experience requirement stated above can consider applying for the post of Engineering Assistant Manager
Senior Mechanic/ Mechanic
Job Duties：
Can independently handle wood work, electrical appliances, plumbing, paint, plastering and other related work.
Requirements：
- Must have a valid construction industry safety training certificate
- Fluent in Cantonese and can read and write simple Chinese
- Less experienced individuals will be considered as a mechanic
Apprentice
- Responsible and has a good learning attitude.
- Any academic qualification.
